I play FO4 with over 700 mods and use CBBE, I haven't played Skyrim for at least a couple of years so I decided to download this list after watching a review. I dunno what you have or what build you use, but here is the thing. I only have this issue with bodyslide whenever I decide to be lazy and use a modlist instead of modding myself, which, OK I guess I gotta do that, because I don't have the time or patience to sherlock holmes this and figure out how to reverse this garbage because it starts taking as much time figuring it out as modding by hand. I uninstalled this modlist and switched to a different one that is using the CBBE body instead, but even that one has NN baked in and its effing infuriating, I mean really? why make this ish so hard to reverse, it's like being trolled yo. Im not one of those players with loads of NSFW mods and LL models, I just hate when my choice is removed from things, I don't have a nude hangup, most of the time I'm layered and fully clothed, but I want the effing option.
I was using a modlist for FO4 that had the same issue and the modlist author on discord told me that the nevernude textures were baked in and that I had to rerun a bunch of texture nonsense (it was based on the biraitbec modlist) and this is starting to seem like the same BS. I have been using CBBE and bodyslide for nearly a decade, but there seems to be some reason that modlist authors are baking nevernude into their list. This Modlist is using UUNP NOT CBBE, the drop-down menus don't show the body because for some reason, there are extra steps to get bodyslide to see the UNP body files, but even after I have jumped through all THOSE hoops and rerun bodyslide (WITH NEVERNUDE UNCHECKED) I still have the underwear nevernude body using the modded underwear, and on the subject of the underwear, the mod is checked but it's greyed out and nothing in the file tree, its an empty mod but the changes are happening so something is happening.
